What each plan includes

The Billing page shows the live details of your current plan: AI credits per month, daily and monthly export allowances, plus a real-time usage strip showing what you've consumed this cycle. The Pricing page compares all available plans side by side.

AI credits vs. exports

• AI credits fund conversations with Graphicly — each edit consumes a small number of credits.
• Exports are counted separately — one exported file (PNG, JPG, or PDF) counts as one export.
• Some plans include a daily export refill on top of the monthly cap for smoother heavy days.

Upgrading

Upgrades are instant. Go to Billing → click your target plan → confirm. New allowances become available immediately and are prorated for the current cycle.

Downgrading

Downgrades are scheduled — you keep your current plan's benefits until the end of the current billing period, then automatically switch. A banner on the Billing page shows the scheduled change until it takes effect. You can cancel the scheduled downgrade at any time before it applies.

Cancelling

You can cancel from the Billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period; after that, your account moves to the Free plan and your designs, templates, and assets stay accessible.

Payment methods

Billing is powered by Stripe. Update your card, view invoices, and manage tax details from the Payment method panel on the Billing page.
