General

Do I need design or code skills?

No. If you can describe what you want in a sentence, Graphicly can produce it.

What formats can I export?

PNG, JPG, and PDF. PDFs contain one page per slide for multi-slide designs.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever with a starter budget of AI credits and exports. See the Pricing page for details.

Designs & content

How does Bulk Mode differ from making slides one by one?

Bulk Mode is optimized for 'one layout, many contents'. You design once and Graphicly applies your content list to every slide, keeping the layout consistent. It's the fastest way to produce quote graphics, product cards, event decks, etc.

Can I recover an older version of a design?

Yes. Open Design History, find the version you want, and Restore it. The restore appends as a new latest version so nothing is lost.

How do brand kits affect output?

Every new design and edit is grounded in your active brand kit. Colors, typography, and voice are applied automatically, so you don't have to re-prompt them each time.

Billing

What's the difference between AI credits and exports?

AI credits pay for chat with Graphicly (each edit consumes a small amount). Exports are counted separately — one downloaded file is one export. Both have plan-level allowances.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel from Billing and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

Do downgrades apply immediately?

No. Downgrades are scheduled to the end of the current billing period so you keep the benefits you already paid for. A banner in Billing shows the scheduled change.

Security & data

Where is my data stored?

Designs, chat history, and assets are stored in secure managed infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Public assets are served from our CDN; private content is only reachable through short-lived signed URLs.

A programmatic API is in private beta. Email contact@graphicly.ai for early access.
