Designing
Bulk Mode — one layout, many designs
Generate many similar designs by varying content across slides while keeping the layout consistent.
Bulk Mode is a productivity feature, not a complex workflow. It solves one problem: you want ten designs that share the same layout but each has different content.
When to use Bulk Mode
- Quote graphics — same layout, ten different quotes.
- Product cards — same layout, one card per product.
- Announcements — same layout, one per city, team, or event.
- Event schedules — same layout, one slide per session.
How it works
- Start a new design and choose Bulk Mode. Graphicly seeds three empty slides for you.
- Design the first slide as you normally would — headline placeholder, layout, colors.
- In the chat, provide the list of content items. For a quote design: paste ten quotes, one per line, and ask Graphicly to 'apply each quote to a slide'.
- Graphicly generates one slide per item, keeping the layout consistent across all of them.
- Review the slides, tweak individual ones if needed, and export the set as separate PNG/JPG files or as a single multi-page PDF.
A worked example
You want ten quote graphics for Instagram. Create a design at 1080×1080 in Bulk Mode. Design slide one: 'minimal quote layout, cream background, serif headline'. Then in chat: 'Here are ten quotes — apply one to each slide.' Paste the ten quotes on separate lines. Graphicly extends the design to ten slides, one per quote, same look, different words. Export as PNG and post the batch.
Tips
- Perfect the first slide before generating the rest — the layout you build is the layout every slide will use.
- You can add or remove slides after generation with the slide navigator.
- Each slide is independently editable — small per-slide tweaks are fine.
- For very long batches, work in groups (10–20 slides) and export in stages.
